Navigating the Orders Menu
The Orders Menu is designed to help you track the full lifecycle of orders exchanged between you and your customers. This menu provides visibility into all transactions, both received from customers and sent back to them, ensuring efficient management of order workflows.
Key Features
From the Orders Menu, you can:

View all customer-initiated transactions, such as RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs).

Track outgoing transactions you’ve sent to customers, including Quotes, Order Acknowledgments (OA), and Invoices.

Identify who each transaction was sent to and its processing status.
Transaction Tabs
The page is divided into two main tabs for better organization:

Received

Displays transactions sent from customers to you via Kojo.

Use filters to view all received transactions or focus specifically on Purchase Orders or RFQs.

Sent

Shows transactions you’ve sent back to customers, such as Quotes, Order Acknowledgments, and Invoices.

Data Displayed
For each transaction, the following details are provided:

Customer – The name and logo of the customer initiating or receiving the transaction.

Date – The date the transaction occurred.

Type – The type of transaction (e.g., Quote, Purchase Order, RFQ, Order Acknowledgment, Invoice).

Document# – The reference number, such as a PO# or RFQ#, used by the customer.

Job – The job or project associated with the transaction.

Source – Indicates how the transaction was processed. The possible sources include:

Manual – Transactions exchanged via traditional email with PDFs manually uploaded into Kojo.

Bid Portal – For quotes submitted through the vendor bid portal.

Integration – Transactions exchanged automatically between Kojo and the vendor through EDI or API integrations.

Advanced Filtering Options
To narrow down your search, the Advanced Filters feature allows you to refine results based on:

Customer – Filter by specific customers.

Transaction Type – Focus on specific types of transactions (e.g., POs, Quotes, RFQs).

Source – Identify whether the transaction was Manual, through the Bid Portal, or via Integration.

Job – Filter transactions by the associated job or project.
-
Contact Name – Search by your salesperson’s name.

Date – Filter transactions within a specific time frame.
