Overview
Kojo's Usage and Spend dashboards are pre-built analytics views which show key information about how your organization is using Kojo.
We recently revamped these dashboards to provide a more polished, modern interface and additional functionality for working with the underlying data powering these metrics. More on this below!
These dashboards are accessible to anyone whose role has permissions to view the Dashboards page:
Viewing and Exporting Underlying Data
The Usage and Spend dashboards now support drilling down into underlying data for all hero metrics.
Take a look at this metric as an example:
Which POs actually make up that total? Now, simply click the metric and open up a view of the underlying data. You can also export the underlying data to do further analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Saved Filter Views
Dashboards can be filtered by Date Range, Vendor, and Job Name/Number. If you have a certain combination of filters that you plan to reference frequently, you can save that filter configuration as a Board.
This will allow you to quickly select a saved Board versus manually adding back all of your filters each time.
