User Guide: Quick Add for Jobsite Mobile

1. Introduction

2. Getting Started

• System Requirements/Prerequisites:

  Available on the Jobsite Mobile App (iOS and Android). This is in Beta release as of June 23rd, 2025. It will become generally available for all users July 2025. 

• Accessing the Feature:

  Any time you add an item to cart on the mobile app, this will appear, unless you've set it to not show up. 

3. How to Use the Feature

• Step-by-Step Instructions: 

  Example:

  1. When you are adding an item to cart, you will see a shortcut option to quickly add the item. From here, you can automatically add the item to cart by just specifying a qty.
  2. If you would like to see the full Add to Cart screen, click "Edit & Add". This lets you do more actions such as add notes to the item, change the source, add attachments, change the UOM, change subs allowed/not, favorite the item, etc.
  3. If you would like to see the Catalog details page, you can click on the blue hyperlink of the item description. This is only available for Catalog items. 

4. Advanced Features/Customization

• Customization Options:

  If you would like never see the 'Quick Add' option, you can change this for your log in. To do so, check the box at the bottom of the "Add to Cart" screen: Always show this page when Adding to Cart

• To un-do this, go to Settings and change the toggle under "Add to Cart Preferences"
