To trouble-shoot resetting your password, make sure you:

Are within the 1-HOUR timeframe of your password reset link being sent to you

Are writing down your new password and MANUALLY typing it in!

Have tried clearing the cache on your browser for Kojo. To clear the cache on your browser, go to this site, and clear browsing history/cookies, then refresh when navigating back to Kojo:

How to Reset Your Password

Passwords can be reset by clicking the "Forgot Password" button. You will see it on the password screen after entering your email address you use to log in.
***Please keep in mind that password links expire 1 hour after being sent to you. If your link has expired, you can click the "Forgot Password" button again to get a new link.***

2. Enter your email associated with your Kojo account to receive a Reset Password link.
